Data controller
Kimyamarket is the data controller for personal data relating to customers, prospects, visitors, suppliers and company contacts. Requests may be sent to info@kimyamarket.com.
Data categories
Identity, contact, customer transaction, finance, legal transaction, transaction security, marketing preferences and professional/company information may be processed for quotations, orders, invoices, delivery, membership and support.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed for contracts, product and service delivery, finance/accounting, communication, customer relations, request and complaint handling, continuity, security and legal duties under Articles 5 and, where relevant, 6 of the KVKK.
Transfers and collection
Data may be collected through web forms, cookies, email, telephone, contracts and physical/electronic records by automated or partly automated means, and transferred for lawful purposes to service providers, payment providers, carriers, accountants and competent authorities.
Data-subject rights
You may exercise the rights under Article 11, including access, purpose information, recipient information, correction, erasure/destruction, notification, objection to automated outcomes and compensation, by submitting a verifiable written request.
