Model contractual terms for products enabled for online purchase through Kimyamarket.
1. Parties and subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations concerning the sale and delivery of electronically ordered products between Kimyamarket (Seller), whose details are shown during checkout, and the buyer entering delivery/billing information. By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts the pre-information and this agreement.
2. Product and price
Product, packaging, quantity, unit price, VAT, subtotal and total are shown in the order summary. Freight or dangerous-goods transport charges are stated before purchase or in the corporate quotation. Manifest errors or unauthorized use are corrected lawfully after the parties are informed.
3. Payment
Card payments are processed through PayTR’s secure infrastructure; transfers are made to the notified bank account. An order is not treated as paid until the payment provider’s secure callback or bank receipt is confirmed. Bank campaigns, instalments and card conditions remain the provider’s responsibility.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the stated address using an appropriate transport method. Estimated lead time appears on the product page or quotation. The Buyer is informed of delays caused by force majeure, import, customs, manufacturer or carrier. Dangerous goods are dispatched only under suitable conditions; the Buyer ensures lawful and safe receipt facilities.
5. Inspection and responsibility
The Buyer checks packaging and quantity on delivery and records visible damage with the carrier. Products must be used according to their purpose and SDS/TDS, with suitable storage, PPE and occupational-safety measures. The Seller is not liable for consequences of incorrect or unlawful use.
6. Withdrawal, cancellation and returns
Consumer transactions are governed by applicable law and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Statutory exceptions apply to chemicals custom prepared, divided, mixed, repackaged, unsealed or otherwise unsuitable for safe resale. Corporate/commercial purchases are governed by the quotation and order confirmation.
7. Force majeure and disputes
Obligations may be suspended for events beyond reasonable control, including disasters, war, epidemics, strikes, trade restrictions and energy or transport interruption. Consumers may apply to the competent consumer arbitration body or court within statutory limits; commercial transactions follow applicable jurisdiction rules.
8. Entry into force
Before completion, the Buyer sees the product and payment summary, pre-information and agreement electronically. The agreement takes effect on order confirmation and electronic records are retained for statutory periods.
